We are looking to appoint two solicitors to join our expanding Private Client department. These roles are in addition to, not in place of, existing team members and are necessary to strengthen our team to meet the department’s increasing workload.
The department receives an exciting and varied mix of cases, has a very loyal client base and is well regarded across Teesside and North Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will be at least 2 years PQE (preferably having attained the STEP diploma) will be experienced in handling their own case load, and demonstrate good experience in the areas of wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, and trusts.
Experience with HNW individuals, estate planning matters and farming clients is also desirable.
The candidate would work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative, will be IT literate, will have strong client care and interpersonal skills, be self motivated and will have a desire to participate in business development activities.
