We seek to recruit a Paralegal into our residential conveyancing department, based at our Middlesbrough office.

For the ideal candidate the position offers the opportunity to work in a team of specialists, whilst providing exposure to a wide variety of residential transactions, together with excellent career progression.

The role would be ideal for an LPC graduate but Paralegals with practical experience are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

• Ideally a degree qualification with a minimum 2:1
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to communicate to the highest standards with clients and colleagues
• Strong understanding of the legal sector as whole

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting team Conveyancers with their residential conveyancing caseload
• Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients
• Using digital case management tools to assist fee earners on varying matters
