We are looking to recruit full or part time (possibly as part of a job share) experienced residential conveyancers to develop and expand our existing team.
The ideal candidates will need to be qualified solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 2 years PQE and will be expected to assist in the expansion of the team’s monthly caseload of around 100 instructions from local clients undertaking the whole range of residential and commercial property transactions.
We are a CQS accredited firm and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our continued accreditation with CQS.
The successful candidate(s) will have a proven track record of working in residential conveyancing and it is essential that the candidate(s) can demonstrate high standards of client care in order to retain and develop the department. The ideal candidate(s) will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include:
In addition, the ideal candidate(s) will make an active contribution to business development, building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole, together with generating new business amongst agents, brokers and other referrers.
Experience of freehold and leasehold commercial work is desirable but not essential.
