We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work at our Redcar & Middlesbrough Offices on a 1-year fixed-term basis. For the ideal candidate the position offers the opportunity to work with a friendly team of 30 split over offices in Redcar and Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
Confidentiality regarding all aspects of the work
Excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills and good telephone manner
The ability to work independently
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to drive and access to own transportation
Responsibilities would include:
Post and faxes management and distribution
Reception cover (including holidays and lunchtimes)
File retrievals, closure, archiving
Hospitality for clients
Photocopying, faxing, scanning & shredding
Stationery and office stock maintenance
Other tasks as required as Office administrator

Salary: £10 -14k commensurate with relevant experience
Holiday allowance: 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
