We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work at our Redcar & Middlesbrough Offices on a 1-year fixed-term basis.  For the ideal candidate the position offers the opportunity to work with a friendly team of 30 split over offices in Redcar and Middlesbrough.  The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Confidentiality regarding all aspects of the work

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Good communication skills and good telephone manner

  • Reliability

  • The ability to work independently

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to drive and access to own transportation

Responsibilities would include:

  • Post and faxes management and distribution

  • Reception cover (including holidays and lunchtimes)

  • File retrievals, closure, archiving

  • Hospitality for clients

  • Photocopying, faxing, scanning & shredding

  • Stationery and office stock maintenance

  • Bank deposits

  • Other tasks as required as Office administrator

Salary:  £10 -14k commensurate with relevant experience

Holiday allowance:  20 days plus Bank Holidays.
