• 2 x Litigation Paralegals.
  
  We currently have 2 positions for Litigation paralegals to work in the road traffic accident team which is part of our expanding Personal Injury department within the Thornaby office. The main aim of the role is to undertake administration, client liaison and have some involvement in legal work under the supervision of an experienced lawyer.
  
  Candidates may have experience as a legal secretary and be seeking the opportunity to develop in a fee earning capacity whilst maintaining essential administrative skills, or may have obtained a legal degree or passed the LPC.
  
  Applicants will be energetic, enthusiastic and capable of working to tight schedules. Candidates must have excellent communication and IT skills. The successful candidates will be able to work on their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision.
  
  
• 2 x Litigation Administrators
  
  The Litigation administrator role within our road traffic accident team is a critical one. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team of file handlers.
  
  The role involves assisting in administering file inception tasks, telephone contact with clients and in liaising with the defendant’s insurers. An excellent telephone manner, communication and IT skills are required.
  
  The successful candidate will have excellent client care skills and may have obtained the relevant skills and experience in a parallel customer services background to transfer to this role.
